Returns Policy

At Synapulse, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which forms part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Change of mind returns are at the customer's expense for return shipping. A store credit or exchange will be issued — refunds for change of mind are at our discretion.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled under Australian Consumer Law to choose a refund, replacement, or repair. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Photos or video evidence where applicable

We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly sent items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards
