Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping — 5–15 business days
Express Shipping — 4 - 14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location:
New Zealand — 7–14 business days
United States & Canada — 10–20 business days
United Kingdom & Europe — 10–20 business days
Rest of World — 14–30 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@synapulse.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Synapulse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
